Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because each piece is original and often one of a kind, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact the artist within 7 days of delivery at heyajtheartist@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. The situation will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for approved damage or order errors. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
